Andreas Rothe
Andreas is an interim and fractional CFO, board member, advisor, and investor. With a proven ability to spearhead change, streamline operations, drive bottom-line growth and implement systems, Andreas has excelled in CFO and Controllership roles across several leading global companies in both highly profitable and turnaround situations.
Andreas began his career in the transportation and logistics industry, working with logistics provider Schenker and the asset-based container shipping company Hapag-Lloyd. He later transitioned to the environmental and engineering sector with Parsons Brinckerhoff and Golder (now both part of WSP), the construction industry with Harsco (now BrandSafway), and professional services with the immigration service provider Fragomen.
In addition to his corporate experience, Andreas has coached, advised, and invested in startups and small companies, focusing on strategy, revenue growth, cash flow optimization and fundraising/exits.
Andreas has served as Chair and member of the board of Financial Executives International. He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Cologne, Germany, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He is also qualified as an Audit Committee Financial Expert.
