Briand is a seasoned executive and leader with extensive global business management experience. His background includes multiple senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, strategy, and P&L, as well as regional leadership, business reorganization, M&A, and leadership talent management in Aerospace and several other business sectors. Prior to his business career, Briand was a US Naval Officer and aviator. Growing up on 3 continents, traveling worldwide for 25 years and living in Asia for 8 years, Briand deeply understands the dynamics of leadership success overseas. He has been a regular speaker and media expert focusing on how US multi-national companies can bridge the east-west gap for long term success.
