Chris FitzGerald
Chris is an experienced general manager, having spent 18 years managing domestic and international business units for multinationals Carrier Corporation and Pitney Bowes serving the US, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean, followed by 12 years as CEO of four privately held middle market manufacturers of industrial and engineered products. As a B2B specialist, Chris leverages his expertise in sales and marketing coupled with his multinational LEAN training and undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering to grow revenue and EBITDA through channel and sales force expansion, industrial marketing, applying a “Pathway to LEAN” methodology to improve operations, and applying metrics and objectives in a performance management system to achieve team harmony and success. He has taken two private equity portfolio companies and one sole proprietorship through successful enterprise sales and performed multiple add-on acquisitions and integrations.
Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia, a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School, and a Master of Arts in International Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. He speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
