Chuck is an accomplished global business leader with a proven track record of achieving superior results and building cohesive, high-performing teams. His diverse background spans multiple manufacturing industries, especially specialty chemicals, materials, coatings, personal care, plastics, food and pharmaceuticals.  He has served as a CEO, President and Board member for businesses with global operations.  

He is masterful at developing compelling strategies and translating them to business execution.  He has significant experience with M&A, and he has excelled in public, family-owned and private-equity owned companies.  Chuck is also heavily involved in the technology start-up community as an advisor, investor, and board member. 

Chuck has a both a BS, Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Delaware, as well as a PhD, Chemical Engineering from MIT.
