Daniel Sassi
Dan has spent 35 years as a CHRO in a variety of organizations including RCA Records, GE American Communications, Aeronautical Radio, Inc., Rayonier Inc., Interstate Resources and PaperWorks Industries, Inc. Dan joined RCA and its subsidiary NBC out of Lehigh University.
Over the course of his career, Dan had direct responsibility for US and International compensation design and administration, labor relations and collective bargaining negotiations, health benefits design and administration, and other Human Resources disciplines. Dan has been doing professional compensation work for 50 years and is a certified LEAN/Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dan has an MBA from Duke University and a BA-English Literature from Lehigh University. He has completed Senior Executive Training programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan Business School.
