James Sanderson
Jim has over 25 years of leadership experience specializing in the operational turn-around and reorganization of global companies to improve EBITDA performance. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer for Otto Environmental Systems where he turned around Operations and Supply Chain.
He has deep expertise in supply chain transformation and optimization, global strategic sourcing, outsourcing/insourcing, category management, operational metrics & dashboard development and implementation (internal and external), supplier development and contract negotiations. He also has niche experience supporting custom ETO, low volume/high mix companies.
Jim is skilled with process development, implementation and refinement utilizing continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies resulting in cost reduction, cash flow optimization and elimination of waste. He has experience with systems implementation (ERP), migration, stabilization and management of new systems.
Jim received a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an MBA from Oakland University.
