Matthew Foulston
Matthew has spent his 30 year+ career in a variety of finance leadership positions, most recently as Executive Vice President and CFO for Covetrus (NASDAQ:CVET) where he led the sale process that resulted in the acquisition of the company by CD&R and TPG in a $4 billion take-private deal in the Fall 2022.
He has a strategic perspective, playing lead roles in transformational M&A, large scale ERP implementations, and corporate restructurings and has served on four Boards in North America and Brazil. His hallmark is building great teams and implementing leading people practices across finance.
Matthew received a B.Sc in Economics from Loughborough University in the UK.
