Peter has spent his 30-plus year career in CEO and CFO leadership roles in technology and in health care related industries. Peter is recognized as a company builder with a strong operational focus and a track record of building effective teams. He is a proven executive in a range of organizations from start-ups to large public companies in multiple industries. He has significant M&A and RTO experience and has a history of securing capital funding from private and public sources. 

Peter has served as a C-suite executive, board director, mentor, an advisor, and a consultant to a wide range of companies.  He has a CA / CPA designation.
