A decisive, results-oriented individual, Rodney is capable of leading diverse cultures in building and revitalizing a company to maximize results. He grasps the essence of the profit drivers and is skilled at developing a communication process to achieve a management team’s buy-in. Rodney has extensive experience in highly leveraged environments adhering to the rigors of analysis and reporting to Private Equity, Mezzanine and ABL banks.
