Sean Bogue
Sean has spent his 30-plus year career in a variety of corporate finance roles, most recently serving as CFO for Careismatic Brands and previously CFO at Ballast Point Brewing. He previously held senior finance roles in both publicly and privately held companies, including Staples, Ann Taylor and Jack in the Box.
He is a proven finance executive in a variety of consumer facing brands, skilled at working cross functionally to develop product and customer strategies driven by analytics and insights. Sean has worked in both high growth and distressed situations, leaning on excellent people and change management experience to help bring alignment and focus within the executive management team, while simultaneously ensuring that the right systems, processes and controls are in place to accurately report on business performance to instill trust and confidence from ownership.
Sean's diverse experience includes P/L management, investor relations, refinancing, acquisitions & divestitures, post-merger integrations, systems implementations, turnarounds/restructuring, supply chain/distribution optimization, outsourcing, treasury, tax and HR/Legal.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Virginia and Master of Business Administration from Cornell University.
