Todd is a seasoned executive and retired KPMG consulting partner with 25+ years of experience driving transformative initiatives, optimizing revenue, and implementing cost-reduction strategies. His expertise spans regulatory compliance, internal audit, IPO readiness, SOX implementation, internal controls, corporate governance, technology risk management, process optimization, and large-scale project management.

 Adept at collaborating across all organizational levels, from boards to individual contributors, Todd fosters alignment and delivers measurable results. His experience leading complex projects in 30+ countries provides a global perspective. 

Todd holds both  Bachelor of Science and Masters degrees  in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
