Tom Crumpton
Tom has focused the majority of his career on assisting boards and management teams with complex operational and financial challenges, decision-making tool implementations and integrated business planning. He has served as both an active financial advisor on board-level transactions and offers experienced leadership, pragmatic thinking, and a hands-on approach.
Tom has over 35 years of proven executive leadership with an operations focus, steering committee and board advisory and strong leadership qualities. He has a diverse background in multiple industries and geographies. His previous experience includes operational controllership, P/L management, M&A and divestitures. He has served as public company director, a subject-matter expert and a consultant. Tom’s focus has been on North American operation cost savings including process improvement, TPM/World Class Manufacturing, labor negotiations and product rationalization.
Prior to joining Robinhill, Tom was the Group Plant Controller for Tootsie Roll Industries, a director-level position reporting directly to the CFO focused on enterprise production financial performance. He earned his BS in Finance from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and MBA from The University of Chicago .
