William Benz
Throughout his career, Bill has served in the role of Chief Financial Officer, and has led the financial and administrative functions of a variety of companies, both public and private, and ranging in size from start-ups to large multibillion-dollar revenue companies. He has been responsible for a variety of areas including finance, accounting, treasury, tax, financial analysis, internal audit, legal, Human Resources, SEC compliance and reporting and investor relations. He has taken two companies public (Western Digital Corporation and FHP International), and has executed a number of follow-on equity and debt offerings.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences from UCLA and an MBA from California State University Long Beach. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), has served on several boards, and is a Board Leadership Fellow (NACD).
Bill and his wife live in Midway, Utah (between Deer Valley and Sundance). They have six children and 14 grandchildren.
